The first voucher can be used from January 1, the second voucher can be used from July 1. Both vouchers are valid until December 31, of that year.

2. Complete an Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account or by visiting https://sport.nsw.gov.au/sectordevelopment/activekids/parents. You will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email)
3. Send this voucher to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your Child’s name and date of birth and we will provide you with a promotional code that when used will deduct $100 from your child’s Term CrossFit membership.
What is the Active Kids Rebate program?
The NSW government will provide a rebate through a voucher system to the parents/guardians of school enrolled children. The $100 vouchers can be used for registration and participation costs for sport and fitness activities. The initiative is designed to reduce the barriers to participation and help change the physical activity behaviours of children and young people in NSW.
Who is eligible to claim the vouchers?
Every family in NSW with a child enrolled in school from Kindergarten to year 12 (4.5 to 18 years old) will be eligible for the Active Kids Rebate. It will not be means tested and one voucher will be available for every child in the family annually between 2018 and 2021. There will be no limits on the number of applications per family, as long as every child is enrolled in school.
What can the voucher be used for?
The voucher can be used for registration or participation fees associated with after-school, weekend sport and structured physical activity programs, that last for 8-10 weeks. The vouchers will be redeemable through approved sport, fitness and physical activity providers upon registration. Please note: The two vouchers cannot be used as a single $200 transaction for the same sport/activity. The second voucher can be used for a different activity with the same provider e.g. your can use one voucher for Kids/Teens CrossFit program in Term 3 and then the second voucher for the Term 4 program.
