Our CrossFit Kids + Teens programs are designed to empower our junior members with healthy fitness habits whilst having fun, burning energy, and learning physical skills and functional movements.
By teaching the skills and principles of movement in a team environment, we help kids + Teens become physically and mentally robust. Our classes are ideal for all levels of fitness, from kids + Teens looking to improve their general physical well-being, to those looking to gain an edge in their chosen sport.
Our 2021 CrossFit Kids + Teens term dates are as follows:
Term 2 (10 weeks): Monday 19th April – Friday 25th June
Term 3 (10 weeks): Monday 12th July – Friday 17th September
Term 4 (10 weeks): Tuesday 5th October – Friday 10th December
