Teen Speed + Strength School Holiday Program

Looking to improve your speed and strength during the winter off-season? Or get an edge for Summer sport?

Boost your sports performance and overall fitness ability with our Hive Active Spring 2020 School Holiday program.

Designed by a Sports Scientist to improve explosivity, agility and power, the program includes:

  •  5 x 50 minute speed and strength sessions 
    • Monday 28th September – 5pm
    • Wednesday 30th September – 5pm
    • Friday 2nd October – 5pm
    • Wednesday 7th October – 5pm
    • Friday 9th October – 5pm
  • Plus 4 bonus MetCon and Endurance sessions
      • Metcon Session – Tuesday 29th September – 5pm
      • Endurance Session – Thursday 1st October – 5pm
      • MetCon Session – Tuesday 6th October – 5pm
      • Endurance Session – Thursday 8th October – 5pm
  • Hive Active Sports towel
  • Small class sizes
Each speed and strength session incorporates a warm-up and warm-down, skills and technique coaching, and workouts specifically designed by a Sports Scientist to improve speed and strength.
The sessions are held in the evening to leave the days free to catch up with friends and family.
